Viscous Products
The product viscosity is particularly important as it determines the choice of filling technology.
Important to take into account is the product temperature at filling time. In fact, the temperature influences viscosity: the higher the temperature, the more fluid the product. For example, liquid soap has a viscosity curve that falls sharply around 30 degrees Celsius, which is why the soap is quite sticky in the hand, but diffuses rapidly when hot water is added. Refer to the filling technology comparison table for additional information.
Over-pressurized Tank for Viscous Products
To broaden the range of viscosity and speed-up the filler output, Serac offers solutions with closed and over-pressurized tanks.
